Terms of Service

These Terms govern the outsourced-IT service offered by ialae ("we"). This site presents the offer and qualifies inquiries; it does not process online payment. Any engagement is covered by a separately signed agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
1. Service description
Monthly outsourced IT support for transport/logistics SMEs: managing the digital and software side (website, backups, security, internal tools), fully remote.
2. First month
The first month is free, no commitment. It is our real first contact with your infrastructure and ends with a report (see the homepage for its contents). Not a separately sold audit, just how we start.
3. Pricing and billing
Indicative pricing is 1,200€/month, adjustable to your situation on the call. Final pricing and billing terms are set in the separately signed agreement.
4. Term and termination
No fixed term. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
5. Liability
We use reasonable means to secure and maintain your infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
