Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how funnel ("we", "us"), a product operated by ialae, collects and processes personal data when you use https://funnel.ialae.com (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@ialae.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data you provide (such as name and email) when you register or contact us.
- Billing data processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete card details.
- Usage and analytics data collected automatically through our analytics provider, ScoutVibe (see section 3): pages visited, clicks, time on page, approximate (city-level) location derived from a hashed IP address, and a device fingerprint used to recognise return visits.
2. How we use your data
We process personal data to provide and secure the Service, to understand how the Service is used and improve it, to communicate with you, and to process payments. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent (for non-essential analytics, see below), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.
3. Analytics and device fingerprinting (ScoutVibe)
We use ScoutVibe (operated by ScoutVibe, scoutvibe.com) as our analytics provider. ScoutVibe acts as a data processor on our behalf. ScoutVibe uses device fingerprinting to analyse traffic and recognise returning visitors, and records events such as page views, clicks and time spent on each page. IP addresses are hashed (never stored in raw form) and location is kept only at city level.
Because device fingerprinting can require consent under the ePrivacy Directive and similar laws, we ask for your consent through a banner before this tracking begins, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you decline, this analytics tracking does not run.
4. Sharing and sub-processors
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate agreements. Our processors include:
- ScoutVibe — website analytics and visitor tracking.
- Our payment provider — secure subscription billing.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention practices and legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use our data request page or email contact@ialae.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
