Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of funnel (the "Service"), a product operated by ialae ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features require an active subscription. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. Fees are billed on the cycle you select and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to send spam or malware.

4. Analytics and privacy

The Service uses ScoutVibe for analytics, including device fingerprinting, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that analytics are collected subject to your consent where required.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by ialae or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
